]]> FORSYTHE GROUP SA - Switzerland (previously INSAD SA) decided to ask his regulation in Switzerland as Financial Intermediary.

By doing so, FORSYTHE GROUP SA – Switzerland will have legal authorization to be also considered as “Gestionnaire de Fortune”, even if it will not be his core business, and will have to follow all strong regulations determined by FINMA (equivalent of FSA), which will be another proof that Forsythe’s clients are doing business with a very professional firm who follows all strict Intermediary’s regulations (see ;                        http://www.finma.ch/e/aktuell/Pages/mm-rs-finanzintermediation-gwg-20101126.aspx).

In October 2010, when Mr. St-Laurent took control over INSAD SA, he hired people specialized in the Due Dilligence rules and Compliance.  Since then, they put in place all process, systems and requirements to permit the company to be licensed, that’s why we are in the process to be regulated and we think to have such license within around 90 days from now.

]]> INSAD SA has been bought by FORSYTHE GROUP on October 2010.  INSAD SA was a competitor of FORSYTHE GROUP and incorporated since 2000 in Switzerland.

For that reason, INSAD SA will change his company’s name starting in January 2012 for FORSYTHE GROUP to represent more clearly the company is now totally owned by FORSYTHE GROUP who has been incorporated in 1992.
